NOMINATION PACKETS FOR THE THIRD ANNUAL SBIR TECHNOLOGY OF THE YEAR AWARDS ARE NOW AVAILABLE Phase II and III SBIR companies who have developed, through the Small Business Innovation Research Program, novel new technologies/products having strong commercial potential are invited to submit nominations for this prestigious national award. Nominees will have the opportunity to showcase their nominated technology/product at Technology 2006, the 7th national technology transfer conference, October 29-31, 1996 in the Anaheim Convention Center, Anaheim CA. The 1996 winners will be announced and presented with awards at the Technology Transfer Awards Dinner held at the Anaheim Marriott Hotel. The grand award winner will receive a $10,000 credit and each of 5 category winners will receive a $2,500 credit, towards advertising/marketing opportunities with NASA Tech Briefs magazine, which reaches more than 200,000 senior engineers and technology executives in the U.S. The SBIR Technology of the Year awards are presented by the Technology Utilization Foundation in cooperation with SBIR-sponsoring agencies of the U.S. federal government.
