This project includes furnishing all labor, supervision, materials and equipment to repair the deteriorated concrete surface of the underside of double T-Beams and the replacement of ground level exterior walls in housing facilities. The concrete work will include removal of defective concrete, cleaning exposed steel, surface preparation, priming the steel with anti-corrosion coating, and patching with epoxy resin and polymer concrete. Estimated cost range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Bid guarantee and payment bonds are required.
