The main functions include but not limited to: the Maintenance Management of protective coatings projects, performing Interior and Exterior Facilities Maintenance, executing a Signage program, painting and updating Pavements Marking, and Floor Refinishing. Contract includes meeting environmental, lead abatement, handicap and fire protection requirements. This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Requirements Contract.
