Scope of work consists of but is not strictly limited to providing all labor, material, equipment and supervision as necessary for restoration of exterior stone masonry; restoration of vestibule doors and hardware; restoration of vestibule flooring; and construction of a new site sign. Renovation/replacement of the windows and the installation of new windows in the second floor courtroom will be presented as options/alternates to the base bid. The completion time for this project is one hundred eighty (180) calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed. Estimated cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
