Z -- REPLACE FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS, REQUIREMENTS SOL F65501-96-B0003 DUE 050496 POC Becky Rhodes, Construction Buyer, 907-552-2237/FAX 552-7497. Provide all plant, labor, materials, tools, equipment and work necessary to complete project IAW specifications and drawings. Work consist of, but is not limited to: Survey the existing exit signs and fire alarm systems and prepare construction drawings and analysis; determine a new or upgraded system, as required; repair, replace and/or upgrade portions of the fire alarm system which include: fire control panel, emergency power supply, alarm initiating device, ionization detector, thermal detector, flame detector, manual pull station, remote annunciation panel, remote alarm lamp, alarm bell, alarm horn, visual strobe; replace or install new exit signs. The Magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 for the Base Year and between $500,000 and $1,000,000 for the Option Year. This project is Open to both Large and Small business and is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
