The work includes, but limited to the removal of the existing insulation and membrane roof and the installation of a new tapered insulation and membrane roof. Delivery is within 60 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The estimated issue date of the solicitation is 10 April 1996 with the Site-Inspection date being announced in the solicitation package. All responsible sources may submit a bid. No telephone requests for the solicitation package will be accepted. There is a $25.00 charge for this solicitation package and only money order, certified check or cashier's check will be acceptable. Any check collection vouchers submitted with any form of personal check (be it from a personal account or a business account) will be rejected.
