McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital, Little Rock, AR and build an expanded facility to include the following specialties: Country Cooking, Soup and Chili Bar, Chicken Express, Papa's Best Pizza, Fifth Avenue Deli and Burger King. Work will be accomplished on the first floor of the building and will consist of primarily mechanical and electrical and finishes. Duration of work will be critical as meals will be served to visitors and staff from a temporary location for duration of this project. Performance period will be 90 days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The dollar magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. This acquisition is unrestricted.
