This procurement is for AF/27T-10 Hydraulic Component Test Stands, P/N (96362)2029AS100-1 for the F/A-18D aircraft. The proposed acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not own specifications or drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to procure from Dayton T Brown, the manufacturer of the hydraulic component test stand, under the authority of U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, with an approved Justification and Approval. Firms that recognize and produce the required item described are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which may be considered by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
