70 -- 37'' MULTISYNC MONITOR SOL N65236-96-Q-2923 DUE 041296 POC Contact Maureen Schoch, (803)974-4073. The monitor shall have a viewable diagonal picture size between 35'' and 42''. All power supplies shall operate on 115 vac (+/- 10%) 60.2HZ. The monitor shall have the following front panel controls: brightness, contrast, power, degauss and all controls needed to setup the monitor. The monitor shall have a flat bottom that can set on a table top. The monitors overall depth shall be less than 26''. Video: The monitor shall have at least two inputs, an RGSB Input on female BNC's and an NTSC Input on a female BNC. All video inputs shall be 1.0 volts (peak to peak). Video bandwidth of the monitor's video amplifiers shall be at least 100 MHZ. The video input connectors shall have a termination switch for 75 OHM or high impedence. No point on the active raster shall deviate from its correct position by more than 2% of raster height. The monitor shall be capable of truly displaying any RGSB raster video signal with horizontal frequency from 15-80 KHZ horizontal and from 55-85 HZ vertical. Monitor shall be capable of automatically locking to a video signal and displaying with either automatic setup or preprogrammed setup. After initial setup, no operator interface is required for monitor to sync up to an input. The monitor shall have at least ten use selectable screen presets for various inputs within the range of paragraph 5. Delivery to Portsmouth, VA no later than 19 APR 96.
