The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division intends to procure a data reduction software package and five software licenses consisting of a CompuQuest Basic Processing Program, ISAR Imaging Program, Edit and Reconstruction Module, 3-D ISAR Imaging Module and a Common Data Format Translation Module. Requirement also includes installation, testing, user manuals, training video and on-site training. Software shall be Microsoft Windows, Intel 486/Pentium PC compatible per listed specifications which include the requirements for system compatitibility, user interface, required plotting and printing capabilities and processing algorithms. Procurement will be on an other than full and open competition basis from CompuQuest, Inc. due to mandatory software compatibility requirements between NAWCWPNCEN facilities.
