The software must be flexible enough to accomodate complex organizational structures and unusual work shifts. The software must be capable of running on multiple computer platforms. Employee time and attendance application software specific to the federal environment is of special interest. The purpose of this synopsis is to gather marketing and technical documentation and literature for planning purposes only. The USDA will use information obtained from this announcement to understand the capabilities of the marketplace. Full descriptive literature demonstrating the functions and features of the software should be submitted to this office within 30 days of this notice. Responses must include specific information on the capabilities of the application(s), the availability for various computer platforms and operating systems, pricing and licensing information, and customer references (including name, address and telephone number).
