NUWCDIVNPT anticipates awarding a one-year contract with 2 one-year options which contain cost-plus fixed fee provisions. Services include design and evaluation of ELF transmitting antennas, grounds and fault detection systems; the design and evaluation of ELF transmitter interference mitigation techniques. See Note 22.
