No. 7-96-9 DUE 050196 POC Contact Point, Procurement Technician 541/416-6534 Project consists of providing Cultural Resource Survey of the Falls-Buckboard Planning Area on the Snow Mountain Ranger District in Harney County, Oregon. The objective is to locate, record and evaluate those historic and prehistoric cultural resource sites in areas where proposed resource management activities will take place, including timber harvest and other undertakings involved in natural resource management. Total project area is 24,046 acres. High probability area consists of 11,585 acres and low probability acres are 2,048 acres +. Total survey area is 13,633 acres. Project estimated to start June 1, 1996. Recommended contract time is 200 days Project is 100% set-aside for small business concerns (0072)
