The Defense Supply Service-Washington intends to award a competitive contract to the successful offeror to prepare a community reuse plan for the former Cornhusker Army Ammunition Plant near Grand Island, NE. The successful offeror will analyze plant facilities, identify local area strengths and weaknesses, analyze regional economic factors affecting reuse, evaluate alternatives and make substantive recommendations on the preferred alternative.
