buildings and the erection of four communication towers. The
construction for this project consists of site work, gravel access
roads, concrete foundations, three CMU equipment shelters, erection of
antenna towers, and communication cables. All work will be performed
within the city limits of Austin, Travis County, State of Texas.
Estimated price range is between $500,00.00 and $1,000,000.00. There
will be a $100.00 non-refundable charge for plans and specifications.
The proposed procurement is unrestricted regarding business size.

the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to
