The work includes the construction of a new building, 18'-0'' x 34'-0'' concrete masonry unit (Architectural type) building; a crushed stone surfaced parking area; two (20-foot) self-supporting antenna towers with respective concrete foundations; one (100-foot) microwave tower with concrete foundation; underground coaxial cable for communications; and an underground copper cable counterpoise/lightning protection system.
