The work consists of indefinite quantity multi-trade construction which includes miscellaneous construction, repairs, alterations and incidental related work at pre-determined wage, material and equipment costs. The work under this contract will be ordered by issuance of individual delivery orders. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, transportation, material and equipment. A Firm Fixed-Price contract is anticipated. The requirement is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The contract minimum guarantee is $100,000.00. The small business size standard applicable to this contract is 1542 and the annual size standard is $17.0 million. Contract duration period is approximately 365 calendar days. This is an unrestricted procurement IAW Public Law 100-656. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered.
