Michigan National Guard plans to repair the second floor south side of building 6900, located at the Battle Creek ANG Base, Battle Creek, MI. The work will consist of the renovation of approximately 6000 sf of office space to include selective demolition of walls, ceilings, electrical, and mechanical systems. New construction to include new partition walls, doors, windows, and finishes, new rest room areas to include all fixtures, new HVAC equipment and ducting modifications, and new electrical supply and distribution equipment. The estimated magnitude is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Contractor to furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required for a complete and usable facility. All responsible sources may submit an offer.
