23 -- MANUFACTURE A 20 X 40 FT, 15 OZ. WHITE VINYL TENT FOR THE NATIONAL GUARD BUREAU RECRUITING AND RETENTION DIVISION SOL DAHA90-96-B-0001 DUE 041596. Furnish all materials, equipment, personnel, tools and supervision to manufacture a 20 X 40 foot Ultra Frame Tent. The tent shall be made of 15 oz flame retardant, UV resistant, mildew resistant white vinyl. Reinforced welded seams with double reinforced rims and covers with continuous polypro rope. Uprights shall be adjustable to 7 ft to 9.6 ft with a 6'' base plates. Stakes shall be steel 42'' X 1'' with a 1/2'' to 5/8'' diameter. Side flaps shall be of the same material and be attached and detached with grommets and electrical ties. A 12'' valance shall be blue 15 oz vinyl and have particular artwork.
