The FAA intends to award to Visual Instrumentation Corp. an award for the upgrade of four (4) Government Owned Locam cameras (Model 51-0003 upgraded to Model 51-0021). This electronic data management system will record IRIG timing on each frame with a time interval accuracy of 2 milliseconds per frame. Also heaters will be installed (part #51-0127) to allow cameras to run in sub-freezing temperatures. All camera upgrades include full mechanical overhauls bringing cameras back to original factory performance. All potential bidders must show clear and convincing evidence that they can perform the above work. (0073)
