Archer, Contracting Officer, (703) 325-5028. The Defense Nuclear Agency
(DNA) is seeking qualified contractors with experience and capabilities
related to the future of the Automated Routing and Maintenance System
(ARMS) Version 4.0 Software Development and the Maintenance of ARMS.
DNA is seeking assistance to provide a fully automated route planning
an evaluation system for the development and maintenance of manned and
unmanned air vehicles. The new effort is called the Air Vehicle
Planning System (APS) Version 2. APS is a force level mission planning
tool, used to build mission packages of one to many air vehicles. APS
2 will expand the capabilities of the APS, to include reconnaissance
and low observable air vehicle modeling, integration of TERCOM
Placement and Evaluation Program (TPEP), enhance reporting, distributed
collaborative planning, mission analysis, Nuclear Planning and
Execution System (NPES) support, Global Command and Control System
(GCCS) compliance, United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM)
enterprise database compliance, and re-engineering of the current
system. Use of off-the-shelf technology will be highly encouraged. All
contractor personnel will be required to have a DoD security clearance
of TOP SECRET. All requests for the RFP must be in writing. Faxed
