The Marine Corps Logistics Base, Albany, GA on behalf of the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC), Monterey, CA, intends to award a contract on an unrestricted basis for General and Technical Support Services to design and conduct manpower research investigations on a DoD-wide basis and to analyze, design and develop Management Information Systems methodologies in support of research areas at DMDC. Some of the services to be performed are telecommunications and programming for new and existing databases, design, development, implementation and support for existing and new DoD operation personnel and training programs, technical support, research and studies of transition assistance, military and civilian occupational data information collection and reporting, force readiness, personnel and training programs, financial and workload data functions, and inter-connectivity of LAN/WAN protocols and technologies.
