Repairs to the 85 foot, Drift Collection Vessel GELBERMAN including, but not limited to, drydocking, exterior and interior cleaning and painting, crane disassembly, inspection, repair and reassembly and miscellaneous hull and mechanical repairs and modifications. All work shall be performed at the contractor's facility which must be located within a fifty (50) mile radius of Caven Point Terminal, Jersey City, NJ. All work shall be performed in accordance with specifications and drawings and must conform to all requirements of the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), Title 46, Code of Federal Regulations, Subchapter ''T'', ''Vessels'', as administered by the US Coast Guard and all pertinent regulations of the Occupational, Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Contract work must begin one (1) calendar day after delivery of vessel to contractor's custody and shall be completed within forty five (45) calendar days after commencement of work. Bid packages will be available on or about March 29, 1996 and must be requested in writing, accompanied by a non-refundable check or money order for $25.00, payable to USA, COE, NED, FAO.
