Government furnished facilities and equipment are available. Draft RFP release will be on/about 15 Mar 96. A Pre-Solicitation Conference to include a facilities orientation will be held. Prospective offerors are urged to forward any questions regarding any and all information on current business operations for the C-5 De-paint/Paint program. Details regarding date and time of the Pre-Solicitation Conference will be contained in the draft RFP. In con- junction with the Pre-Solicitation Conference, Kelly will provide on-base space for companies to set-up to meet with current employees directly.
