Specific skills and knowledge required include (1) an advanced degree (Phd) in speech and hearing sciences with special emphasis on intraoperative electro physiological monitoring; (2) must have at least 3 years experience in intraoperative monitoring and have monitored at least 300 surgical procedures; and (3) a current, unrestricted license to practice audiology from one of the individual states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Location will be at the Naval Medical Center San Diego, Main Operating Room. Period of performance will be from 10 April 1996 through 30 September 1996 with each service specified on individual delivery orders.
