The training range includes construction of tank trails, stationary and moving targets, hostile fire simulators, a range control tower, instruction building, maintenance and access roads, ammunition loading dock, vehicle maintenance and parking areas, target storage and maintenance buildings at range control, and supporting utilities. Demolition work includes removal of four temporary buildings (4,550 sq. ft. total). The entire range site will be surface cleared of ordinance by military personnel prior to construction award. The Contractor shall perform subsurface clearance of unexploded ordinance (UXO) within the contruction footprint by a qualified UXO contractor. Plans and specs available on or about 7 May 96 at no charge per set. No individual sheets are available. Documents will be issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted.
