Y -- INSTALL CHLORINE GAS DETECTION/ALARM SYSTEM SOL F26600-96-Q-D124 POC SrA Flores, Contracting Specialist, 702/652-9119. Contractor shall provide self contained Chlorine gas leak detection system for six buildings at Nellis AFB, NV. System shall consist of a chlorine gas sensor, a controller, a light/sound alarm system, and a tester/calibrater. The alarm system shall be able to work in an outdoor environment, 120 volts, 60 HZ, 15 to 25 watts with a battery backup (or approved substitute). Each sensor shall be set at three parts per million and have an audio/visual alarm. Chlorine leak detection unit shall be Sierra Monitoring Model 4101-06 or Honeywell Model UDC 2000 or approved equal. The estimated dollar value of this project is under $25,000 with a performance period of approximately 30 calendar days. The applicable SIC for this acquisition is 1711 with a three year average annual small business size standard of $7 million ($3.5 million for emerging small businesses (ESB)). The proposed contract listed here is restricted to ESB concerns.
