The work includes demolition of all equipment associated with the testing of engines and providing new water chillers, electrical panels, and lighting systems to prepare the test cells for the installation of constant speed drive test stands, and incidental related work. The location of this job is at the Naval Air Station, North Island, San Diego, California. The contract price is estimated to be between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. It is a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. Bids will be solicited for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to business size. The contract duration period is 100 calendar days.
