Pre-Solicitation for Upgrading the PCU, 2 East of Building 10, inclusive of, but not limited to following: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, and equipment for complete construction of major construction, minor construction, alterations, and rehabilitations in accordance with the contract drawings. The Government will furnish only the items specifically marked on the contract drawings as ''Government Furnished'', with the Contractor having the responsibility of picking up storage, delivery to the work site and final installation. The Government will furnish and install only those items specifically marked on the contract drawing as ''to be installed by the Government''. Contract performance period will be 131 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of this fixed-price construction contract is estimated to be between $250,000.00 and 500,000.00. The basis of this award will be the low Base Bid and subject to Availability of Funds. Plans and Specifications will be available from the Bid Custodian, Building 13, Room G800 Rockville Pike, Bethesda, Maryland at a non-refundable cost of $55.00. Payment must be in the form of Cashier's check, money order or certified check only. Checks must be payable to the National Institutes of Health.
