HANEY, CONTRACTING OFFICER, (334) 953-3525 Furnish all plant, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct various kinds of fences at Maxwell AFB and Gunter Annex, Alabama on an as needed basis under an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The principle items of the work include, but are not limited to: (1) Removing existing fencing, including posts and gates; (2) Furnishing and installing fencing of various types including wood, chain, concrete, brick, etc., with gates, posts, etc.; (3) Perform minor landscaping in conjunction with fence removal and/or installation. Minimum and maximum delivery order amounts will be no less than $1,000 nor more than $75,000 per delivery order respectfully. The guaranteed minimum amount shall be $5,000 per year while the maximum amount to be ordered shall not exceed $300,000 per year. The contract shall provide for a basic 12 month period, plus two (2), twelve-month option periods. The requirement is solicited on an unrestricted basis, open to all interested concerns.
