16 -- PORTABLE HYDRAULIC SUPPLY SOL N65540 POC Eric Manna, Code 9525 (215) 897-1146. Carderock Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center is seeking expressions of interest from potential sources regarding a diesel engine driven, portable Hydraulic Supply. This portable Hydraulic Supply shall be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of SEED Drawing Package 68A4-J1000 and tested in accordance with SEED TS No. 52711-1. All costs related to approval tests shall be borne by the Contractor. The unit is required to supply 20 GPM at 3000 PSI to 10 GPM at 5000 PSI. A Six hydraulic outlets are required: Two high pressure, Two return, one fill with quick disconnect, one sampling with cap. All with self sealing hose connections with dust caps. This is not a request for a proposal and does not commit the government to the award of a contract. Any comments provided may/may not be included in a formal solicitation. The government will not pay for any information received in response to the RFI nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any costs incurred in developing the information provided the Government.
