TVA is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to search for Health Care sources who are interested in doing business with TVA and who can provide information on the following items: (1) Full Medical Management System; (2) Physician and Hospital Network with convenient access; (3) Provider Relations with NCQA credentialing; (4) Member identification and Member Services; (5) Advanced Electronics Claims processing; (6) Advanced Electronic Eligibility System; (7) Cost and quality reporting (HEDIS Format). Responders must submit description of services (five copies) supporting the above items in order to meet the requirements for this synopsis. They must present a listing of their present book of business in Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky. TVA is surveying the Marketplace for the delivery of a Health Care Plan mainly in Tennessee, North Alabama, and Southwest Kentucky. Its employees are located in (number of employees) in the following locations: (1) Knoxville (2000), Chattanooga (5000), Spring City (1200), Remainder of Tennessee (3000), Muscle Shoals, Decatur, and Scottsboro, Alabama (4000), Kentucky (1200). The total number of covered lives is approximately 74,000 which includes retirees throughout the United States. Therefore, the system requires intrastate and interstate access. Responders must be able to support the plan membership. Responses must be received in this office within 21 days after the initial publication of this synopsis.
