Beeman. Service to take and analyze bulk, personal, and area samples in conjunction with asbestos abatement work at Picatinny Arsenal. Service also to entail area and personal air sampling/analysis for fiberglass installation/removal activities. On-site analysis capability is required for all samples taken. This will be an indefinite quantity/delivery order type contract with a $25,000.00 minimum and a $150,000.00 maximum. Period of performance will be for one year from date of contract award or the expenditure of $150,000.00, whichever shall first occur, and contains two option years for an additional twenty-four months of service. This procurement is under a 100 percent small business set-aside, the size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates, having average annual sales or receipts for its preceeding three fiscal years not in excess of $5.0 million.
