Scope of work, includes but is not limited to the evaluation of the existing available communications media (telephone cables, fiber optic cables, fire alarm wires, etc.), to replace the existing fire alarm system with a fire alarm network of stand-alone capable processors. Estimated construction cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This procurement is unrestricted to all qualified firms within a 100 mile radius of the VAMC, North Chicago, IL.
