The Department requires this service in order to research and retrieve full text documents from all of the following databases: Federal Personnel Manual (FPM)--historical back to 1970, Agency Supplements to the FPM, especially DOL regulations, 5 U.S. Code, 5 Code of Federal Regulations, 29 Code of Federal Regulations, Classification/Qualification Standards, Travel Regulations, Federal Labor Relations Authority decisions, Merit Systems Protection Board decisions, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission decisions, personnel-related Comptroller General decisions, and Arbitration decisions. The Department will use the service via modems and/or Internet connections and requires the ability to download, e-mail, and print documents through these connections.
