This is a notice of intent to negotiate with Andrew/Kintec Corporation, 2908 National Drive, Garland, TX 75041 on an other than full and open competitive basis to repair 1 each of the Stabilized Lightweight Optical Tracking System or SLOTS manufactured by Kintec by replacing these five PCBs: Main CPU, P/N 102410611-Parallel In/Out, P/N 102410631-Microcombiner, P/N 102410081-A/D and D/A PCB, P/N 102410621-and the In/Out CPU, P/N 102410641. The government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Andrew/Kintec because they have access to the proprietary design and documentation necessary to carry out the repairs needed for the equipment. Delivery is required FOB Destination to Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland by 30 APR 96.
