Public notice is hereby given that the National Park Service proposes to award a concession permit authorizing the sale of non-alcoholic beverages and snack food items for the public at the Mt. Baldy Unit of Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore, Indiana, for a period of four (4) years from January 1, 1996, to December 31, 1999. Interested parties should contact the Superintendent, Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore, 1100 N. Mineral Springs Road, Porter, Indiana 46304, (phone: 219-926-7561, ext. 410) to obtain a copy of the prospectus describing the requirements of the proposed permit. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This permit has been determined to be categorically excluded from the procedural provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act and no environmental document will be prepared. The Secretary will consider and evaluate all proposals received as a result of this notice. Any proposal must be received by the Superintendent not later than May 15, 1996, to be considered and evaluated. (071)
