The Federal Correctional Institution located in Danbury Connecticut is soliciting proposals for Comprehensive and/or Managed Hospital and Physician Services for the FCI and FPC, located in Danbury Connecticut, for the inmate population. The solicitation shall provide for, but not limited to, inpatient, outpatient, laboratory services, on-site phlebotomy services, on-site non personal professional services. The solicitation shall provide for comprehensive health care as the base with an alternate for a Managed Health Care. The Contract shall be comprised of one (1) base year and four (4) option year renewal possibilities. The contract performance period shall be; Base Year - anticipated date of october 1st, 1996 or notice of award, whichever is later, through September 30th, 1997, Option Year One (1) - October 1st, 1997 through September 30th, 1998, Option Year Two (2) - October 1st, 1998 through September 30th, 1999, Option Year Three (3) - October 1st, 1999 through September 30th, 2000, Option Year Four (4) October 1st, 2000 through September 30th, 2001.
