Indefinite Quantity Contract for Real Estate Services includes, but is not limited to, preparation of real property appraisals, feasibility studies, site reports and acquisitions, property inspection reports, leasing of alternate quarters, leasing built to suit quarters, and relocation services in the State of Florida. This is an indefinite quantity contract for a term of one year with two one-year renewal options. Work orders will be negotiated and issued as individual projects. Total work ordered under the subsequent contract shall not exceed $200,000 for a twelve-month period nor $50.000 per work order. The total amount for the three year period shall not exceed $500,000. Offerors must have a minimum of 5 years commercial real estate and/or consulting experience in the geographical area specified and a minimum of 1 Senior full time consultant, 3 Staff full time, 2 Junior full time personnel.
