The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has a requirement for Stenographic reporting services. These services are required for hearings, conferences, or meetings held at various places in the United States, either before the Commission, a Commissioner or any person designated by the Commission to take testimony or conduct proceedings involving the Commission. The prospective contractor must have the capability to provide steno type, steno mask, tape recorder or multi-microphone systems at such hearings, conferences or other meetings as required by the FTC. The contractor must have the ability to accurately transcribe highly technical terminology associated with numerous specialized disciplines such as health services, chemical, biological, and medical sciences, and various engineering fields. It is anticipated that the contract type will be Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity consisting of a base year and four option years.
