A contract is required to provide Closing Agent services in connection with single family HUD-acquired properties under the jurisdiction of the Fort Worth, Texas Office of the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The contract will be awarded for the San Angelo area to include the following counties: Tom Green, Coke, Concho, Crockett, Irion, Kimble, Mason, Menard, Reagan, Runnels, Schleicher, Sterling, and Sutton. A closing office shall be established in San Angelo. All contracts will be issued for a basic contract period of one year with two (2) one year option periods. This will be an indefinite quantity, firm fixed price contract. All responsible sources may request a solicitation by letter directed to the above address.
