Ford Jr., Contracting Officer 208-378-5100 The Snake River Area Office - West, Boise, Idaho has a requirement for the operation, management, and maintenance, including landscape maintenance, at their Black Canyon Dam facilities (Black Canyon Parks). Black Canyon Dam is located adjacent to Highway 52, approximately 8 miles northeast of Emmett, Idaho. This requirement includes four day-use sites and one overnight site. Services include collecting user fees, day to day care and clean-up of the grounds and facilities, daily host presence at campground and day use sites, landscape maintenance, operation, maintenance and repair of existing irrigation systems, and herbicide and insecticide spraying. All equipment and supplies will be furnished by the Contractor. Reclamation will conduct a pre-bid conference/organized site visit, April 10, 1996 at 9 a.m. at Black Canyon Dam Field Branch, 3999 E. Black Canyon Highway, Emmett, Idaho 83617. All sources requesting a copy of this solicitation shall do so in writing. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
