MacDill AFB has a requirement to procure Grounds Maintenance Services. Contractor shall be required to furnish all labor, transportation, supervision, equipment and materials necessary to maintain approximately 2,044 acres of improved, semi-improved, and unimproved grounds which includes approximately 97 miles of edging and 37 miles of trimming. Additionally, the contractor shall be responsible for the professional design and installation of landscape projects; pruning of large and small trees and shrubs; eradication of nuisance plants; removal of debris; pest control; herbiciding and fertilizing shrubs, trees and grasses; sodding, and irrigation system installation and maintenance. Offeror's will be required to submit technical proposals. Contract will contain a base period and four (4) option years. SIC is 0782; small business size standard is $5.0M average annual receipts over the past 3 years. (Above that average qualifies as a large business; below that average qualifies as a small business).
