This is a modification to the previous publication and modification for custodial services at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin originally published December 15, 1995 and later modified to the delete the small business set aside. This notice is a modification to reestablish the small business set-aside requirement for this procurement, Numbered Note 1 is applicable and to add two option periods to the solicitation. The proposed contract will be a requirements contract with a base period of 1 June 96 through 31 May 97 with two twelve month option periods. Work will include routine cleaning in approximately 115 buildings monthly and project work on an as needed basis throughout the contract period. Solicitation is tentatively scheduled for release on or about 25 March 1996. Request for solicitation must be in writing accompanied by a non-refundable certified check, cashiers check or money order payable to the U.S. Treasury in the amount of $8.00 per solicitation. No company, personal, registered checks or cash will be accepted. All responsible sources may submit offers which shall be considered. See Numbered Note 1. (071)
