V -- TRANSPORTATION OF LINEN SOL 452/09/96 DUE 041296 POC Contact Point, Del Rinehart, (316)651-3627, Contracting Officer, Del Rinehart, (316)651-3627 Provide all equipment and personnel necessary for the transportation of soiled linen from VAM&ROC Wichita, KS to VAMC Leavenwoth, KS and clean linen from VAMC Leavenworth, KS to VAM&ROC, Wichita, KS. The pick up and delivery of soiled and clean linen will be accomplished each Monday and Thursday. Soiled linen will be picked up from Building 1, Room 007, VAM&ROC, Wichita, KS at 7:00 a.m. on Monday's and Thursday's and transported directly to Building 153, Lower Dock, VAMC Leavenworth, KS. The clean linen will be picked up at Building 153, lower dock, VAMC Leavenworth, KS and transported directly to Building 1, Room 007, VAM&ROC, Wichita, KS no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday's and Thursday's. Contractor will be responsible for providing a trailer that is capable of being sanitized and must sanitize the inside the trailer before picking up clean linen. Requests for quotations will be issued on March 18th and all requests for quotations must be in writing on company letter with point of contact. No telephone requests will be honored. Requests are due by close of Business on April 12, 1996. The successful offeror will be required to start on April 29th, 1996. (0074)
