POC Submit letter requesting solicitation and stating services/aircraft available to HQ AMC/DOKAS, ATTN: MICHAEL PIERCE, 402 SCOTT DR UNIT 3A1, SCOTT AFB IL 62225-5302. As required, air transportation services with rotary-wing aircraft to transport approximately six (6) personnel and cargo. Airlift support is required 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year. Estimated minimum of 900 flying hours a year. Services will support 455 person workforce which operates and maintains the National Training Center-Instrumentation System (NTC-IS) which encompasses 100-120 miles of mountainous terrain at Fort Irwin, California. Services will be used to transport passengers and materials (cargo) to and from work sites such as; Tiefort Mountain, Granite Mountain, Live Fire, and Goat Mountain. Contractor must be certificated under provisions of Federal Aviation Regulations 14 CFR Parts 133 and 135. Contractor will furnish all support including pilots and rotary-wing, VFR day equipped, aircraft. This is a 1-year contract with two (2) 1-year options and a 6-month extension as authorized by FAR 52.217-8. See Note 1, Small Business Size determined by 1,500 or less employees. (071)
