PRESOLICITATION NOTICE - The work includes construction of a single story steel frame and masonry structure complete with concrete footings and floor slabs; concrete tile and built-up bituminous roofing systems; steel stud and wallboard interior partitions; food service equipment; plumbing, fire extinguishing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, electrical lighting and power, and fire alarm systems; and incidental related work. Exterior site work includes asphalt concrete paving; extension of existing sewer, water, UG electrical, and gas services; landscaping; sprinkler irrigation system, and incidental related work complete and ready for use.--The estimated cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. -- Firm Fixed Price Contract. -- Contract duration is approximately 300 calendar days. -- This proposed contract will be unrestricted.--The Standard Industrial Code is 1542 and the annual size standard is $17.0 million.
