Project #LSGA 952007, Alter Bldg 1009 for use by Aerospace Ground Equipment Shop requires various repairs, alterations and improvements to approximately 7,500 sq of space. Bldg 1009 will be vacated during construction and Bldg 1023 will be partially vacated during construction. The contractor will be required to phase the work to minimize impact on government operations. Estimated magnitude of construction is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. The Standard Identification Code (SIC) is 1542. The size standard is $17 million. The work will be bid as two line items for total cost, firm fixed price contract. One single award.
