The site work includes fill and grading, driveway and parking area, utilities, playground, chain link fencing, landscaping and irrigation system. No demolition of other structures is required. The issue date will be on or about 8 Apr 96 with bid opening date 30 days after issuance. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
