Provide all labor and material required for work to be performed at an occupied postal service owned facility. Project includes, but is not limited to furnishing all material, labor and equipment necessary for site preparation and construction of a 37,000 S.F. (approximate) expansion to an existing Postal facility located at 680 US Highway 130, Trenton, NJ 08650-9997, as further described in plans and specifications. The work includes Site preparation, concrete, Steel, Carpentry, Waterproofing, Doors and Frames, Plumbing, Electrical Work. It is recommended that all offerors visit the site.
